Major responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of administrative and secretarial support to GM and sales team, which will include but not limit to arranging meetings, organizing travel and accommodations, etc.
- Prepare all the necessary shipment documents, import documents, export documents, documents for customer invoicing, etc with coordination both internally and externally
- Business documents process, and after sales coordination
- Purchase and manage office stationary, sundries.
- Coordinate with local service providers to maintain all office fixed asset (phone system and computer etc).
- Acting as receptionist for telephone calls and visitors to the office
- Keeping office at all times cleaning and tidy, ensure office filing and storage systems are well-organized and being properly used by all staff
- Follow up open issues
- Other tasks assigned by GM.

-Strong communication, management and organizational skills
-Must excel in personal interactions with the staff at all levels of company.
-Must be flexible and have well developed interpersonal skills.
-Must display a high degree of emotional maturity while keeping difficultsituations in proper prospective.
-The ability to resolve problems quickly and effective and determiningappropriate courses of action, which are then reported to relative persons.
-Relevant skills such as IT and typing, organizational and presentation skills,and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, often jugglingseveral tasks at once.
- Good commend of Chinese and English, both oral and written
- Working experience to support Foreign Management is a plus
